The first step was to get the team on board.

I facilitated a meeting with engineers, marketers, and product managers to walk through the design audit and my suggested Design Library. It was important that everyone was able to ask questions and speak into the problem from their expertise. This is a huge initiative and we must all work together.

Using the research from my design audit, I am finalizing a Design Library that standardizes design patterns and creates a cohesive visual experience throughout the entire product.

In parallel, I am also working with the Creative Director and marketing designers to revamp our company's entire brand. We must work in complete lock step to make sure that the user's experience from a visual standpoint is seamless from our marketing material all the way to once they are inside the product.

This initaitive is ongoing and we are working hard to meet our ambitious timeline goals.
